The kitchen and bathroom have been tastefully designed with curated décor, featuring stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and stunning white washed wood backsplashes.

As a pet-friendly space, we understand that your furry friends are part of your family. With prior approval and a pet fee of $30 per night, your pets are welcome to join you during your stay.

With its central location, you'll find yourself just a short walk from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier and a quick drive away from the Galveston Island Convention Center. The Port of Galveston is also easily accessible within a 10-minute ride.
Please keep in mind that access to the rental requires climbing one flight of steep stairs, which may not be suitable for those with difficulty carrying luggage. Located in an older building with thin walls and quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.

In the center of everything with the beach and a plethora of Seawall restaurants, bars and entertainment blocks away. The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier is an easy 20 minute walk along the beach. The Galveston Island Convention Center is a 4 minute drive away and the Port of Galveston is a 10 minute ride.
Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.
Smoking cigarettes or pot inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it
Please take your shoes off inside the apartment and pets must have toe nails clipped neatly
Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night paid prior to check-in
Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?
Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.
